All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

We offer a full 15 days from date of purchase to return your item(s) back to us for your choice of store credit or full refund. Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges. Please post your item back to us for a full refund and place another order online if you would like to exchange your goods.
